After re-branding their corporate identity & changing the business name , the law & mediation firm Devon Family Solutions needed a new office to facilitate growth & natural expansion. We worked extensively on numerous projects/premises looking at the possible design & cost feasabilty for each. This enabled our client to make the informed strategic property decision for their vital investment. Potential premises were found in Hampton House & design work started to create meeting rooms & offices as well as a statement reception & waiting area. As a stand alone business again Building Regulations & DDA (Disabilty Discrimination Act) was crucial.

Sound deadening partition walls were built accordingly. New office furniture was specified to blend in professionally with the new space & the use of glass & subtle window manifestations brought light to all the central areas. The new kitchen & breakfast bar area gave the project a warm feel & whilst the modern reception desk gave the smart business welcome also desired. The project was completed on time & on budget.
