They had quite simply grown too big for their current office & needed help to find new premises. The arrangement & positioning of the internal teams was crucial to the flow of work for Optix. As a web based company they thought they had no paper/actual storage issues but in reality they did. Again a tried & tested consultative approach enabled a flexible solution to be found.
Some relatively small demolition & making good works were all that was required as MMAP Design excel at making the best use of the current building & the condition its in. New office furniture was required to fit in with some existing items which was achieved & the job was done.
